I bought a base unit from Andy about 6 months ago as i was ready to upgrade my old PC. I found him to be very helpfull and his advice not driven by sales,therefore ending up ordering a middle of the road PC for surfing and e-mailing,which i have found to be reliable,and excellent value for money.
From ordering the unit, it was ready for collection in 3 days,which is impressive,i got it home and assembled it and she\'s been running like a dream since then.
I would recommend xcel to anyone buying either a first computer or looking to upgrade from an older machine as it doesn\'t hurt your pocket as much as bigger computer shops prices.
